I am looking to join sky for broadband and TV but the options are bewildering to me.  I’d like to speak to a real person at sky on the phone for some help in choosing the best package for me but can’t find a telephone number. Also have Citrix but need this for work so it’s not really acceptable to just say uninstall every time you want to watch something!! Having the same issue and have literally just switched to sky. It does not happen when using any other input, only with Sky Q. I assume it loses signal, then regains it. I pay for multi room and Sky Go is a big part of how I use my expensive Sky subscription and all I get is a fob off.

Sky Technical support are no help, they don’t have a clue. I had done everything, and I have just gone through the whole thing again,  but still I only get the app window to pop up and say looking for update and then close down on me, so th all is still not working. I have tried installing and uninstalling a number of times, cleared the junk, emptied the recycle bin… I have deleted and installed the app, I have deleted the app and waited over night and it still just opens, looks for updates and closes down.
