Hi there, I am Pooja- Certified Female Fitness Trainer, Yoga Instructro and Strength Trainer from Foundation course in Yoga science for Wellness; Certification Course in Yogasana (For Health Promotion) by Moraji Desai National Institute of Yoga, and a Motivator with an experience of almost 4.5 years

As a trainer, I focus on getting clients achieved their fitness goals through exercises that work best for them and also by guiding them about food choices as I believe for long term fitness, food plays a big role. My coaching mainly focused on building their stamina, flexibility and toning the body and losing the fat through lose-weight training. I help my clients reducing their fat, toning the body, gaining the right muscle. I guide my clients through own experience and expertise I gain through my own passion toward fitness.
